We can provide an isolation service to make safe faults

We will provide a fixed price one hour on site call out service based on the time of day and the distance we have to travel labour will be charged after the first hour at twice our daytime rate.

We will provide advice regarding any additional works we feel should be carried out to enhance the safety of electrical systems found on call outs. This will be provided in the form of an emergency call out report, which will list the faults found, the action taken and the advice given, which may include recommending an inspection report be carried out on the installation.

In some cases we will not be able to solve the faults during the call out, if this is the case we will endeavour to make the part of the system at fault safe and suggest solutions, providing a written proposal within 24hours.
