For domestic landlords we offer a complete service including periodic inspection reports , change of tenant reports , appliance testing ( PAT testing ) , checking and installing smoke alarms, planned and emergency maintenance services.

For business customers we offer a range of services dependent on the needs of your particular sector. We have a particular interest in temporary electrical systems and took an active role in the production of BS7909:2008 at BSI.
We hold public and products liability cover to the level of five million pounds.
